Quality
Care and Services
The Northwest Zone of the Vitalité Health Network is actively committed to continuously
improving the care and services provided
to its clients. All our facilities get accredited
on a regular basis by Accreditation Canada. This certification
means that we were assessed by a panel of
outside physicians, nurses and administrators,
that the care and services we provide meet
national standards and that we strive to
continuously improve our services.
For our organization, quality
of care also means patient safety. We have
a system in place that makes it possible
to address situations that need improvements.
Through our "no blame" approach,
all caregivers and workers work together
to solve any problems that may arise.
We strive to continuously
improve our practices, and to achieve this
we need to know our clients’ opinions.
Each patients receiving care is invited
to complete a satisfaction survey. It is
also possible to send us suggestions, comments
or even complaints by e-mail at the following
address : qualite.quality@vitalitenb.ca
